Return Policy

ALL REFUNDS ARE DONE VIA CASH, CREDIT CARD, EXCHANGE OR PRODUCT REPLACEMENT

CLOVERDALE PAINT PRODUCTS
Tinted paint can not be returned.  We will accept an unused product that has not been tinted, up to 14 days from date of purchase with proof of purchase. Please provide your original receipt as proof of purchase.  A refund, exchange or replacement will not be granted if the product has been used, altered, frozen or the container has been damaged to the point that we are unable to put it back into stock.  This includes damage to the label such as excessive overspray or paint that cannot be removed without damaging the label and rips or tears that make the label unrepairable or illegible.

Please check your colour before proceeding with your paint project.  If the colour is incorrect, please return your paint to L.A Design Centre as soon as possible so we can correct the issue.  We will not accept mis-tinted product that is more than a quart (910ml) below the original fill level or is past the return time of 14 days from purchase.  Please be prepared with a sample or the colour name and number you are trying to achieve. Please provide your original receipt as proof of purchase.

• Sundries may be returned up to 14 days from date of purchase with proof of purchase.  Please provide your original receipt and any original packaging as proof of purchase. 

FUSION MINERAL PAINT
You may return your unopened Fusion Mineral Paint within 14 days from date of purchase with proof of purchase.  Please provide your original receipt as proof of purchase. We will not accept the product if the plastic heat seal around the lid has been removed.​

AREA RUGS
If you wish to view the area rug in your home to be sure the colour works you may purchase your rug and we will accept a same-day return.  Returns beyond same day will not be accepted.  Please provide your original receipt as proof of purchase.
